My Window Cleaner welcomes six new franchisees in a stellar expansion drive

Expanding the brand’s presence from Essex to South Wales, this group of new recruits adds a dynamic mix of passion, skill, and experience to MWC’s already distinguished line-up.

Whilst each new franchisee has a diverse background, from driving instruction to property investment, a common driver is scope for growth in a robust market – something the MWC franchise model continually demonstrates. “The comprehensive support and the sense of community at MWC were also decisive factors for me,” said James Cook, new franchise in South Wales, who is set to start operations in May. “It’s not just about business growth – which is undeniable; it’s the close-knit environment that makes MWC stand out.”

MWC is renowned for combining modern business dynamics with traditional customer service values. The use of AI and data analytics provides franchisees with sophisticated tools to drive efficiency and market penetration. “MWC is a modern, sophisticated franchise – it’s a high-demand service, extremely well run with the scope to become a multi van, multi territory operation. It’s exactly what we were looking for and we’re so excited to be part of the network!” explained Victoria Phelps, who will operate the MWC Maldon & Witham territory with her husband, Mathew.

Among the new recruits, Ashley Stevens, launching his venture in Kingswinford, has already set a record for the most successful start in the network’s history. A former franchisee of Snap-on Tools, Stevens brings a wealth of experience and ambition to his new role. “I am aiming for multi-territory ownership. MWC not only supports my business aspirations but also fits perfectly with my lifestyle goals,” he shared.

Since its inception in 1996, MWC has identified and effectively capitalised on unmet needs in the exterior property cleaning market, positioning itself as a lucrative, award-winning franchise model. The network’s commitment to excellence was recently celebrated as it received a 5-star rating in the annual WorkBuzz Franchisee Satisfaction survey for the second year running, along with being named The Best Business to Consumer Brand of 2023.
