SureCare launches its own recruitment service

It’s not often you see a franchise expanding into unchartered territory but that’s exactly what SureCare, the care and home services franchise, has done. In a bid to help its franchisees and other providers in the sector find the very best employees, it has launched its own recruitment service, SureCare Recruitment.”

The company will specialise in finding people for permanent and contract positions, recruiting for a wide range of roles including nursing and residential care home managers, care coordinators, nursery managers, deputy managers and regional branch managers. It follows an increase in demand from workers looking for new positions or careers in the industry.

SureCare Recruitment will be headed up by Vikki Donnachie while day-to-day operations will be run by Tracy Banks. Both had extensive experience of the recruitment industry before joining SureCare.

“Finding the right people with the right experience is the biggest challenge facing those running companies in the care industry,” says Donnachie. “Because there is a shortage of people wanting to pursue a career in our sector, it makes it more likely businesses will make a mistake when taking people on. Our aim is to match the right candidates with the right clients. This is not just about a person’s CV but also about whether they are the right fit with your work culture and ethos.”

Free from hiring headaches, it’ll just be patients’ headaches that care workers have to worry about now. style=
