For 10 straight years, the franchisees of ActionCOACH have been waxing lyrical about their more-than-satisfactory experiences with the company. Between 2013 and 2022, only two UK franchises were rated 5-Star for Franchisee Satisfaction every single year. These were ActionCOACH and Puddle Ducks.
This remarkable statistic has emerged following the latest survey undertaken by WorkBuzz who invited business partners from over 300 franchise brands to offer their opinions on company bosses and organisational structures. And WorkBuzz recently published the results of its annual Franchisee Satisfaction Benchmark Survey.
For 10 consecutive years, ActionCOACH franchisees have rated their franchise above average in every category, from rewards to culture, and from training to support. One of the company’s great success stories has been its ability to provide top-class, genuine peer support, for which their franchisees gave a 93% approval rating. This rose to 95% when it came to the category asking franchisees to give their opinions on products and services.
