Franchising comes with several perks, including on-site training and guidance from the get-go. Now, one franchise has been recognised for providing outstanding support to its franchisees. TaxAssist Accountants have been honoured with a 5-star franchisee satisfaction award for seven years in a row.
TaxAssist has joined four other franchisors in receiving the award, presented by WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy. The accounting firm has received stellar feedback from its network of more than 200 franchisees who took part in an anonymous survey online, known as the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report. The survey asked franchisees 29 questions about their franchise owner experience.
The applicants rated areas such as training and support, franchise system, culture and relationships, leadership and general satisfaction which then tallied into an overall mark. The franchise with the highest scores are then recognised at the Best Franchise Awards.
“It was a pleasure to once again read so many positive comments from our franchisees, which allowed us to achieve this prestigious accolade for the seventh year in a row,” Karl Sandall, Group Chief Executive Director at TaxAssist Accountants, said.
“We are extremely proud of the successful TaxAssist business model and the support we provide and receiving 5-star franchisee satisfaction is testament to the hard work of our dedicated team, which has now grown to 60 at the Support Centre in Norwich.
“We will not be resting on our laurels as we have read all of the comments in detail and we will consider and address any issues or suggestions made.”
It is important franchises make sure their franchisees are provided with the necessary tools and skills to kickstart their business. Not only will this improve their satisfaction rates, but will help keep franchises running effectively, allowing companies to expand their stores even further and take their brand to new heights.
