Celebrating Franchising Excellence in the UK
We are excited to announce that the Elite Franchise 100 UK (EF100) league table is now open for entries! Launched in the UK in 2017, and with its impressive track record, it’s back for its eighth year to celebrate franchise excellence.
The league table evaluates franchises based on various metrics, such as growth rates and community engagement, to recognise their outstanding performance and contributions. On the 4th July, Elite Franchise hosted a virtual pre-entry meeting for franchisors, providing insights and tips on how to write a winning submission. The on-demand recording features industry expert Laura Hill, CMO, along with EF100 judges Anita Roberts, Gillian Morris and Lucy Archer.
“This is the third time I’ve been a judge for the EF100 and every year I’m excited to see what the brands have to share with us,” said Anita Roberts from HSBC UK.
The judges panel for the UK’s EF100 includes notable members such as Pip Wilkins, Tim Morris, Sharon Weston and Diljit Brar. For a complete list of the judges, click here.
Participants will not only compete for a spot in the top 100 but also have the opportunity to attend a black-tie awards ceremony in early 2025. Special awards such as Emerging Franchise of the Year, Innovation of the Year and Community Builder of the Year will be presented. Jodie Marsh, Commercial Director of Elite Franchise added, “These awards honour marketing innovation, recognise new franchisors’ achievements, and celebrate significant contributions to the franchise community.”
This year, the EF100 has introduced three new awards categories: Diversity and Inclusion of the Year, Sustainability of the Year, and the People’s Choice Award which subscribers of Elite Franchise will have the opportunity to vote for their best franchise brand between the publication of the official ranking in December and the awards evening in March. Additionally, franchisors and franchisees can now vote to elect The Supplier of the Year.
Entries for the EF100 are now open, finalists will be announced in December, and the EF100 Celebration & Awards event will take place on Thursday 13th March 2025, at Leonardo Royal, St Paul’s, Central London.
