Belvoir scoops prestigious lettings award for fourth consecutive year

Winning an award is a fantastic achievement for any business but winning the same award four years on the bounce is nothing short of monumental. It’s little wonder therefore that Belvoir, the lettings franchise, is celebrating after being named Best Franchise Lettings Agency of the Year 2015 for the fourth time at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.”

The awards, held in association with The Sunday Times and The Times, and sponsored by Zoopla, took place earlier this month at the Lancaster London Hotel. With the judging chaired by the Property Ombudsman and judges comprising some of the biggest names in the world of property, it’s safe to say they are to letting agencies what the Brits are to popstars.”

As one would expect, Dorian Gonsalves, director of commercial and franchising at Belvoir, was delighted to retain the award, which was presented to him by the awards’ host Paula Radcliffe; also no stranger to gracing a podium.”

“For Belvoir to win Gold for Lettings Franchise of the Year award again is a massive tribute to the hard work of all our franchise owners and the central office team and I offer them my heartfelt congratulations,” said Gonsalves. “It is particularly gratifying for Belvoir to win Lettings Franchise of the Year in 2015 as it is our 20th year in business.”

He added: “I understand that the judges spoke to several of our franchise owners, who all confirmed how happy they are with the level of support that they receive from Belvoir, and the level of autonomy they are afforded to run their own business. This is without doubt a very special and meaningful award for Belvoir.”

One thing’s for sure: you’d be a fool to bet against Belvoir making it a magic five next year.”
