‘Taking control of your life’

Those wishing to change their career path should enrol for next month's webinar sessions run by award-winning franchise Radfield Home Care.

‘Taking control of your life’

Anyone interested in leaving behind their old job, and starting a new career within the world of franchising, should contact Radfield Home Care immediately. This 40-year-old company is holding a series of webinars during October when they will outline how best to make that all-important career change.

Radfield Home Care is an award-winning franchise which recently launched a campaign titled: ‘Show life who’s boss’. This campaign consists of a series of informative webinars and in-depth case studies, highlighting what Radfield Home Care offers for those keen to switch careers.

The webinars will be delivered by the company’s franchise recruitment manager, Jason Foster, on two days next month (October) – Saturday 15th and Wednesday 19th. These webinars are aimed at people who may be experiencing career burnout, with Jason explaining that the franchise is “seeking new business partners who want to take control of their lives.”

Radfield was founded in 1982, starting life as a solitary residential care home for the elderly in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. It is now one of the UK’s leading franchised businesses, owned by the brother and sister team of Alex Green and Dr Hannah MacKechnie whose parents built the business from scratch.

During the past dozen years, the demand for care of those aged 65 or over has grown by more than one-quarter in the UK. With people living longer, the need for high-quality home care in this older group has increased by over 25% and Radfield has been at the forefront of this ‘revolution.’

Radfield Home Care has gone from strength to strength and just a few months ago secured a place on the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award list. This was in recognition of their high-quality franchise training programme.

A delighted Dr Hannah MacKechnie said: “Supporting our franchise partners has been baked into our business model from the ground up. Each individual member of our franchise support team plays an important role within an office that is structured to maximise the effectiveness of the support we deliver.”

Jason Foster, who is leading next month’s webinar sessions, says: “If you’ve reached a junction point in your career, and think that owning your own business might be the change you need, then get in touch and we will do our best to help you. It’s time for taking control of your life and we’ll do everything we can to assist and advise you.

“One of the case studies we’ll be highlighting in these webinar packages is the career-switch made by Po Wun Wan, who is now the successful owner of Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Po spent most of her career working in the aviation industry before realising that she needed to make a big change and launch her own business.”

Po explains: “All I knew is that I wanted to move into the care sector, but didn’t know how to put it together. But Radfield provided me with all the training and support I needed to make a success of it.”
