Agency seeks another PR executive

RevPR ‘need more hands-on-deck’ to satisfy high demand for their services.

Public relations agency Rev PR is looking to appoint a new executive, as the Oxfordshire-based business continues to expand its team. RevPR has an ever-growing client base and requires a “talented” new member of staff to join its workforce.

Lucy Archer is one of the company’s co-founders and, speaking from RevPR’s head office in Barford Road, Bloxham, she explains: “The agency needs more hands-on-deck to continue to satisfy the high demand we have for our services.

“Recruiting talented individuals is always exciting. We must ensure our brands receive the same high level of expertise and support, as the client base continues to grow. We enjoyed a successful 2022, which witnessed further expansion, as we added two new members to our team at the end of last summer.

“Charlie Milne and Gemma Tomalin are our newest recruits, and their fresh perspectives and comprehensive skillsets have been invaluable to us, as we fulfil our clients’ needs.” Charlie is a young graduate from Birmingham City University where he was awarded a Media and Communications degree only last year.

Charlie says: “Joining Rev was the first step in my PR career since graduating. The team made me feel at home right away. I’ve settled in well, thanks to the support and training I’ve received since day one. I’ve got to know Rev’s diverse group of clients, which range from pet care providers to kids’ coding specialists. No two days are ever the same.”

Both Charlie and Gemma have been utilising their skills and creativity to produce lively content for the PR agency, which began trading in 2015. Gemma, meanwhile, joined the company having accrued 10 years of invaluable experience, working in communications, marketing and PR roles, both in the UK and internationally.

Gemma added: “Learning about clients’ industries and businesses has been inspiring, while the company has helped to make my transition into the role travel smoothly. I enjoy using my creativity and business acumen to help clients grow their businesses.”

RevPR work almost exclusively with franchise brands and are members of three well-respected industry bodies: The Chartered Institute of Public Relations; The Public Relations & Communications Association; and the British Franchise Association.

RevPR co-founder, Sally Anne Butters, says: “We are thrilled to be expanding once again. As our team grows, our team culture remains as important as ever. Charlie and Gemma are a testament to our robust recruitment process which ensures we select individuals who complement the ethos of Rev. We look forward to welcoming a new PR executive this year, with Lucy and I feeing excited about injecting more fresh talent into our team.”
