Agent of the Year Awards (ESTAS) recognises the top companies in the housing
industry who deliver exceptional customer service to the masses
The UK’s property industry is recognised for its efforts in The Estate Agent of the Year Awards (ESTAS), which honours the top housing agents and suppliers that outshine their competitors. Now, Agency Express has been shortlisted in the ESTAS for “Supplier of the Year” in its 7th consecutive year, recognised for its efforts in providing quality service to the masses.
Now in its 17th year, the ESTAS is the longest running awards in the UK property industry and hosts a supplier category to reward a supplier’s commitment to providing exceptional customer experience and value.
Agency Express customers were asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their franchise operators in by ‘The ESTAS’ ethical online review platform.
A total of 7,500 agents rated their supplier’s services for the year 2019, and the top suppliers were shortlisted based on the feedback.
Along with Agency Express, a further sixteen supplier firms have been shortlisted across various product sectors.
