Commercial vehicle

, with the introduction of a new cleaning service called Sani Clean.

Sadly there’s still only one story in town at the moment and that’s the on-going Coronavirus pandemic.

This terrible disease has been moving across the globe with tragic consequences, leaving behind a tale of destruction.

Families are being ripped apart, with almost every town and city, in most developed countries, falling victim to Covid-19.

As things stand, the United Kingdom has been one of the countries worse hit by this deadly disease.

In addition to the personal cost to health; businesses have also suffered with many companies having to terminate contracts, while others have had to continue with a skeleton staff, with many employees working from home.

One company which is battling back to eliminate the threat of Covid-19 is PVC Vendo who have introduced a new ‘Sani Clean’ service for its clients.

PVC Vendo, part of the Taylor Made Franchising group, has 36 franchisees across England and Wales specialising in keeping commercial vehicles clean and germ free, while getting lorries, vans, coaches and buses back on the road safer and faster than ever.

Among its many clients are DHL, FedEx, B&Q, Royal Mail and Wincanton, with PVC Vendo currently in talks with Transport for London.

Founded in 1981, PVC Vendo’s new ‘Sani Clean’ service is available to new and existing clients.

This recently unveiled service uses a trade-only professional cleaning product which, when applied to the inside of vehicles, kills the COVID-19 virus immediately.

Managing director Darren Taylor said: “Clients are really appreciating our new ‘Sani Clean’ service.

“When a company has a confirmed case of the virus among its staff, they naturally want to get that vehicle sanitised ASAP.

“They want to have the vehicle safe for staff to use, so they can get it back out on the road with as little down-time as possible.

“We are delighted that companies are turning to trusted professionals like PVC Vendo, to help them protect their staff from COVID-19. And we are focussed on keeping their vehicles on the road during these difficult times.”

Although PVC Vendo has been in existence for almost 40 years, they were only taken over by Taylor Made Franchising in December 2018, since when a number of changes have been made to the company.

Darren Taylor added: “Since I bought the business, my team at Taylor Made Franchising have spent a lot of time bringing the company’s systems up to date.

“We have developed and introduced a bespoke piece of software titled ProWash. This provides functionality for both the franchisor and franchisee.

“Once a client’s details are on the system, the franchisee uses the app to record the details of each vehicle that has been cleaned. The app will then let the customer know the job has been completed.

“This software has made a huge difference to our ability to react swiftly to clients during this Coronavirus pandemic.

“We can let clients know immediately that their vehicles are safe and virus-free, and that their staff can get back to work with immediate effect.”

And PVC Vendo could soon be adding Transport for London to its list of clients.

The two have held conversations, with PVC Vendo offering their services to make buses clean, healthy and safe, by implementing their ‘Sani Clean’ system.

This is in anticipation of a lifting of the current lockdown restrictions. This offer will also be rolled out to sanitise school buses and leisure coaches over the coming months.

Taylor Made Franchising
is owned by Darren Taylor. In addition to PVC Vendo, Taylor Made own the
following franchise companies: StumpBusters UK Ltd, Wilkins Chimney Sweep and
Traas Pest Control
