Belvoir joins the world of podcasting

Belvoir has teamed-up with a leading property website to provide hints and tips for the nation’s landlords. The Lincolnshire-based company will be using the platform, run by LandlordZONE, to post regular podcasts for those in need of advice.

The first Belvoir episode includes an in-depth interview with the Group’s chief executive Dorian Gonsalves. Dorian said: “I am personally a huge fan of podcasts, which are incredibly popular due to their accessibility. They can be listened to at any time, so it’s perfect for those who haven’t the time to read an article or book.

“Producing a Belvoir podcast has been something our marketing team has been planning for a long time. This opportunity to connect with LandlordZONE seemed like perfect timing. We aim to produce regular episodes throughout the year and will focus on topics that we know will be of interest to landlords, investors and anyone involved in the property market.

“The first episode covers the rental market, and provides lots of hints, tips and helpful advice which will be particularly useful for DIY landlords. I also outline some of my own predictions for how I think the market may operate during 2022.”

Belvoir‘s official podcast is freely available on Apple Podcasts (https:/apple.co/3olMuZN), Spotify and other podcast providers. With its headquarters in Manchester, LandlordZONE has been in business since 1999 offering news, advice, legal information, comment and insight for the rental property industry.
