London-based Fantastic Services post record turnover figures.
Fantastic Services has just enjoyed its best-ever year, by announcing that total turnover for 2021 has risen to £50m. The company’s UK and global networks have grown considerably, and they can now boast to having over 525 franchisees worldwide serving domestic and commercial customers alike.
Fantastic Services offers more than 100 services to its clients, including cleaning, gardening, handyman, pest control, removals and other property services. The company’s joint-owners – Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov – consider Fantastic Services to be a ‘one-stop shop’ and have set ambitious targets for the years ahead.
In 2021, Rune said the company was keen to help over 1,000 of their business partners to become millionaires during the current decade. The owners are planning to launch their successful business model in the United States later this year and have added a handful of new services to their portfolio. These include hard surface repairs, sanding, roof repairs, as well as mobile health and wellbeing.
The Fantastic Services membership club, which provides customers with special benefits, is expected to increase its number of members to more than 100,000 by the end of 2022.
Rune says: “We are delighted to announce that Fantastic Services has just recorded its best-ever year, with a record turnover and a record number of new franchisees. Our unique business model, combined with our £20m investment in technology, means we are giving all our franchisees the best possible tools to take advantage of the booming home services’ market.
“Our methodology is unique. We offer over 100 services, while our franchisees can cross-sell into a variety of markets, meaning their services are in constant demand, and we are innovators too. We started as a cleaning company in 2009 but then noticed this huge potential for expanding our portfolio of services. Last year we won no fewer than 13 industry awards.”
About Fantastic Services: From their UK headquarters in Tooley Street, south-east London, a team of 500 will generate the majority of sales leads, which allows franchisees to focus on delivering excellent customer service – rather than worrying about finding new customers and clients. All franchisees follow a proven business model which, over the past 13 years, has turned Fantastic Services from a small cleaning company into a global franchisor.
