This fresh, contemporary new branding, the first comprehensive rebrand of the business in its 25-year history embodies the fundamental values of trust, quality, and outstanding customer service that Greensleeves is renowned for.

The rebrand, backed by a significant investment from parent company, Neighbourly also saw the launch of a brand-new consumer website designed to enhance user and functionality. The sector leading technology behind the website offers consumers the opportunity to complete an online measurement of their lawn and hard surfaces, instant quotes for different treatment and service package options and the ability to sign up to become a customer all within a few clicks. 

In addition to the website, the rebrand has also seen the introduction of a new suite of marketing support materials plus an increased focus and investment in marketing support and advice through a dedicated in-house marketing team. The new van livery has been designed using state of the art eye tracking software to ensure that these mobile ‘billboards’ are maximised for brand awareness and customer acquisition. And, all staff have brand new uniforms to complete the picture.

In collaboration with an external agency partner and in consultation with its Franchise Advisory Council (FAC), Greensleeves meticulously curated the rebrand to align with the evolving needs of customers and franchisees. Through workshops, focus groups, and market research, valuable insights and feedback were gathered, culminating in a rebrand strategy that creates stand out and positions Greensleeves as sector leaders.

Chris Dibble, a FAC member and franchisee for Greensleeves Tunbridge Wells, commended the brand investment, remarking, “This investment in the brand is a huge step forward and will give the franchisees a fantastic set of tools to make 2024 the best year yet. The new designs look great, and they help make the brand stand out. The website is going to make it easy for customers to book treatments for their lawn, which can only be a good thing for customers and franchisees alike.”
